About us...
Welcome to Applewood! We are Bryan and Jessica Dean. We have four amazing children and live in Bismarck. Several years ago, while Bryan was running several construction projects, Jess started giving some advice on decor and layouts and from that place in late 2014, Applewood Homes was born. We are looking forward to working with you!
What we do...
My wife and I founded Applewood on the belief that there are people out there that know what they want their home to look like, but they can't figure out how to get those results for a price that is fair. We pride ourselves on knowing how to convert what is in your head to being a reality in your home. Whether it means changing up a color scheme, removing walls to open up your kitchen area, or simply painting an accent wall, we are up for the challenge.

Why Applewood...
In 2016, I was standing in the middle of a basement with Bryan and we were discussing laying out walls in the home we were flipping. Three of our kids were upstairs running around, I had our baby on my hip, and life was a little crazy! But to be honest, when I stepped back and took a deep breath, I realized that I loved doing this. I loved helping Bryan with the finishing touches that makes a square room a place that life can happen inside. I love looking past what is in front of me and seeing a way to open up the space with more light, or a weathered picture frame to accent a wall. I love taking pictures customers have cut out and incorporating them in their space. I thrive on turning the space in your home into a place where your family doesn't just exist, but lives life together.
